      - You get complete autonomy. - Supportive team. - Management makes sure that transparency is maintained. - People Team takes care of the employees so well that all the special occasions/festivals/milestones are celebrated. - Employee benefits are reviewed every quarter to make sure that Armorblox offers the best.

      I spent good time there and I couldn't find any!

      Pros

      I feel like I bonded with the team super quick (might be the nature of startup life or simply all the different ways we are able to connect). When I interviewed I feel like I heard the phrase "team over self" a lot which is one of the reasons I chose to join. When I started I saw this phrase in action daily, whether it was a small task that others are willing to jump in and help with (like washing dishes when we were in the office) or just sending a small Friday hello message to a teammate you haven't heard from (while working remotely), I feel that Armorblox really puts culture and people first. When it comes to career development, I feel that my manager and I are in constant communication on where I am now and where I want to be and what actionable steps we can do to get me there. I feel supported and taken care of! As a startup, you might have to wear many different hats, but this is a part of the job I love. I really got to explore different options to see what really interested me and pursue those routes as I grew with the company.

      Cons

      It is definitely a fast-paced world (like most startups). This is definitely disclosed beforehand, so be prepared!
