Pros

A close bond between all of the repair technicians Very easy to get hired You will learn things about computer's you didn't know before with hands on experience Air conditioned shops

Cons

David (the owner and manager of everyone and everything) is the stupidest smart person you will ever meet. You will never meet his expectations, and when he has to do actual repair work, get ready for him to throw hissy fits whenever something doesn't go right. Company outlook of screwing over the customers to make the most money Repair technicians make minimum wage starting out So do the developers, yes you heard that right, the web developers make around minimum wage. Very high turnover rate, so don't get used to your coworkers Be prepared to be looked at like your a child by David, who will take the chance to act condescending to you at every chance he gets. Oh yeah, don't play World of Warcraft. He literally asks if you play the game during the interview and if you do it's automatic disqualification. I'm 100% serious

Pros

This company provides great opportunities to aquire lots of experience in many different areas in information technology. I worked for Armor Technologies for a year and can say it was a very challenging experience, as well as very rewarding one. Employees will get out of it, what they put into it. David provides many opportunities for you as an employee to grow. Management will definitely push your boundaries and will expect the jobs you do to be done correctly. David expecs nothing but quality work for his customers. Employees that can't get the jobs done adequately will not get the red carpet rolled out for them. David challenges his employees and wants his employees to succeed. However, some employees get discouraged and crack under David's expectations. If you can keep an open mind, can stay dedicated, and willing; the hard work will pay off and you will have many great skills to add to your resume. Other perks include: - A nice 1 hour lunch break - Above minimum wage pay

Cons

David expects his employees to perform and can sometimes be taken wrong when he is addressing performance issues. Personalities can clash in any work environment. Just make sure you maintain an honest and objective outlook on your overall performance and you'll be fine.
