Pros

It's pretty easy work at times, and they take entry-level applicants. They pay for certifications.

Cons

They will pay you the absolute minimum they can. They will not give you a raise or bonus until you get a promotion ie consultant 1 to consultant 2. They have very few clients at the moment. A handful of consultants are on actual projects. The majority of the company is on the bench and is forced to do goofy client interaction simulations where management acts like the client and forces you to make pointless presentations for them. Management has 0 respect for their employees. They recently made all their employees reapply for their job, including their only senior consultant of 11 years. Everyone was practically forced to reapply for a worse more predatory job within 24hrs or face the tough job market on July 31st when they are forced to resign. the new role is 45+ hours minimum plus you have to be ready to go to client site on barely any notice. They really do not like giving sufficient notice, but management expects it from you. Also the CEO believes you should want to make a difference at the company without being compensated extra. I would be less annoyed if he just said it makes me happy when yall work for free to make me richer. Lastly, they are not an honest company and will not be transparent with you. They lie about not doing layoffs, but just hide it behind a restructure. They say the work-life balance is amazing, then actively do their best to ruin that. This is a sinking ship, have an exit plan before going in.

Pros

Some good people, especially some of the younger consultants.

Cons

Owners do not care about employees. All leadership has been there forever so they have a lot of inside conversations. Took them three months to get me any work. No holidays off, had to take PTO if you wanted even Christmas off.
