Managers and executives are more worried about how well color coordinated your clothes are than the work you produce. The managers are also very cliquey and do not possess much technical experience. Much of your work is based on what color looks better, which pictures go where, pointless powerpoints, and doesn't offer much actual value outside of pretty charts...
