Hostile work environment, constantly undervalued, all workplace politics. The workplace culture/environment is very toxic, and usually employee turnover is extreme in the corporate office (both firings and quitting), meaning you are consistently understaffed. Extremely poor experience with all managers on a corporate level, I can count on both hands the number of times I’ve seen employees crying in the office.
