Not much. Employee parking lot and decent cafeteria (if you like lots of cheap carbs).

Terrible management. Managers don't know how to do their jobs or aren't allowed to.

- Excellent work/life balance. - Salary is on par with to slightly above other companies. - Amenities are great (subsidized cafeteria, on-site gym). - Co-workers are very friendly, easy to get along with, and very helpful. - Entire site is very clean. - Clearly outlined corporate mission, visions and values that the company stands proudly behind.

Need better communication to keep employees abreast of the big picture.
