the automotive industry is very fast paced with very tight deadlines that need to be met, and large penalties if not met. This can be stressful at times but it is part of the job. Armada has high turnover of employees which makes for taking over lots of work from others which is often left for a long time, making it hard to pick back up.

The company has been in business for 16 years and always seem to be a fly by the seat of your pants kind of operation Poor interpersonal skills on behalf of management Overall it is a paycheck
