That is a really great team composed of individuals who continuously strive for improvements. The average age in Arloid is 35 years. This may seem relatively young to some, but our team is perceived as very experienced compared to most startups. As a product and company grow, the team building it often changes based on who is the best fit for that stage of growth. Notwithstanding that the CTO was a strong pillar for the R&D team, we are fortunate that the team is now more focused than ever and is accomplishing significant improvements. With regards to healthcare and benefits, this is region-specific. We do plan to expand our benefits program over time. We are still a relatively small team and it is difficult to find good benefit packages for a company at our scale. However, we strongly believe this will change down the line. We value your feedback with regards to formulating well-thought-out plans as well as developing our commercial process and industry acumen. In fact, these are all key focus areas that we are currently working on.
