Pros
The stuff and seniors are every supportive and friendly, they are willing to teach new skills and give you heads up of the things that you should or shouldnt do.
Cons
the manager has really bad tempered and the whole working environment could be really unpleasant because of her mood swings. bad managerial skill as she asked us to clock out at 5:30 but we still need to work over time until 1:30 am in the morning and no one dare to speak up. i think this is really unhealthy despite all the workloads are given.
