Good admin office. Nice people

Bad management, I was told I wasn’t processing enough orders when in fact I was answering an extremely busy phone line as well. The management only go by reports of orders processed and not phone calls. Misconduct and very poor management. Team morale low.Management could have an amazing company if they sorted this out.

On the ground the people are great

There is a reason why turn over is high on staff. Processes to make more money are seen as more important than the staff themselves
