Arkane Lyon possesses a lot of talented people, located at a gorgeous french city where it's good living at. Developping AAA games within a medium team ( less then 200 persons ) gives you the opportunity to have responsabilities, while developping your skills and talents.
Cons
Even if everyone speak english, there is sometimes the language barrier which can be felt during some discussions... but this is a rare case.
