Pros
1. You get a laptop for work.
2. Free lunch.
3, Competitive and supportive colleagues.
Cons
1. Taking leave is complicated. You get 12 days of annual leave, but you're just allowed to use them twice a year. A ridiculous rule that restricts employees' rights.
2. C-level and some managers are micromanagers. C-levels have too much power in decision-making. Which is not good because as a leader he should trust his employees. This also becomes a work culture passed down to managers and becomes toxic.
3. HR has no real power. Talking to them is pointless—you'll only end up disappointed.
4. The company expects you to be an avatar and master everything, but they specifically hire fresh grads (who have no experience and are still learning. What exactly do they expect?!)
5. Managers lack leadership skills.
Managers lack leadership skills and (some) are incompetent. Unable to lead a team well, openly belittles and talks down about you.
This place can be a good stepping stone if you're a fresh grads looking for work experience. But think twice if you plan to stay long. Good luck!
