      The people that I work with are knowledgeable and capable. The weather is great and public transportation is top notch.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Wage freeze for past six years, with no cost of living adjustments, forces talented and skilled professionals to seek opportunities elsewhere.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
