Pros
You have an great tuition waiver which allows you to further your education. Management can be great. The flexible work schedule in my area is great.
Cons
State Funded so you don't often see a merit increase or cost of living increase. There have not been increases for approximately. (6 years). however, if you are interested in furthering your education, the tuition waiver makes up for it.
