Nice and convenient location, large and spacious workplace - both laboratory space and office space, nice, friendly and understanding team members. Good benefits. Flexibility with work hours and time off.

Lack of management leadership and poor organization of work. The company is very disorganized and has a very high turnover of people. People leave all the time, new people get hired, mostly temps. The company doesn't seem to be able to retain people or attract quality people. The organizational structure is very confusing, with gaps and inconsistencies which create a difficult atmosphere. Lack of proper training, lack of planning or thinking ahead. Poor communication. Most communication from upper management is of the negative type.
