Lots of nice people in the company

Terrible benefits, no 401K, ridiculously long hours - expected to work on weekends and holidays. Many times vacation days are not approved, even if you ask well in advnaced, even if you are on vacation you will get called and harassed to do some kind of task while you are supposed to be on vacation that was approved by HR. Don't expect to grow here if you are not apart of the "club" or if your career goal is to kiss up to management. Managment put a key logger on our computers and used the access to access personal information such as bank accounts, personal emails, etc. Totally unethicall.
