- good work opportunities
- friendly dynamics within the internal team, you’re not a number and you have loads of opportunities to meet the team
- room for growth
- great attention to retention incentives, you feel cared for and valued for your skills
Cons
- not per se a con, but you most likely will end up working for « big corps » rather than small start ups. It can be a con if that’s not your cup of tea.
