I was victimised by one Junior Manager who did his best to have me kicked out, for reasons best known to himself. He manufactured and exaggerated my failings, yet Head Office supported every allegation without checking with me or independent witnesses. Clearly, if you're an elderly part-timer, you're of little value, and allegations made by young full-timers, no matter how false, are accepted. Even when I told Head Office I was going to "go public", Head Office ignored me!
