Pros
It's great for finding present ideas for friends and family Gain experience from the different customers you serve There's always something to do Get to work in an open environment, won't be stuck in a small space all day
Cons
The wage isn't high enough, you're expected to work very hard without much of a reward You're always being pushed to achieve sales targets without very much incentive to do so Communication between head office and store colleagues is terrible Some customers can be really rude to You, even if you've done nothing wrong A lot of heavy lifting, expect to get bad back pain The staff discount is a measly 10%.. online discount is more than that!
