      Need better training systems and some policies to drive consistency within the middle management team.

      Pros

      Upper management has the highest integrity. They do things the right way, never losing sight of their objectives. Was a pleasure working with them.

      Cons

      Related mostly to their industry, gold mining. Weak commodity prices have made things difficult, management can only reduce operating expenses so far.
