Pros
Argo has a great work environment. They clearly strive for a good work/life balance. I most enjoy the fact that everyone I work with is friendly and we often have a good time. The development problems are difficult, which keeps me invested.
Cons
Argo uses a Proprietary Language that many people don't like.
