Pros

Good product with potential Amazing team, talented and supportive Some really strong and loyal customers

Cons

Many professionals are drawn to this company by promises of impressive growth, competitive salaries, and the resources needed to succeed. Unfortunately, the reality doesn't always align with these expectations. There is limited room for meaningful discussions around strategy, P&L, or budgets. In my experience, I was unexpectedly replaced after discovering that another person had been added to the team to do the same job—a scenario that occurs more often than it should. At first, you're given the freedom to create ambitious plans and test new approaches. However, after a few months, the CEO tends to pivot the strategy, reducing the scope of your efforts to about 15% of the original plan, often with little to no budget, yet the targets remain unchanged. There’s a palpable sense of insecurity, occasional incompetence, and a lack of knowledge that, unfortunately, limits the company’s ability to grow. I witnessed several product launches that were quickly forgotten and saw vanity metrics celebrated instead more meaningful results

Pros

- Strong team with smart, hard-working people in the US and Brazil. - Impressive AI product. Unfortunately I left before the public launch. - Amazing customer list with major enterprise brands, like Disney, ESPN, NFL. - Basically no churn, never seen this in my career. - Real career growth, I started as an AE, then promoted 3 times in 2 years. - Great CEO, transparent, hands-on (sometimes too much).

Cons

- almost no process or coordination. You have to figure it out on your own. - Best fit for people who can take ownership and move quickly. Otherwise, don't even apply.

Pros

- High ownership and autonomy in sales process. The CEO built the first playbook, then refined with the sales team and CS. - Strong product with clear value proposition. Basically, zero churn. Never worked in a company with such a sticky product. - Exposure to large enterprise clients. C-level and VPs from fortune 500 companies (Disney, Reuters, Fox, Rogers), which it's my favorite part. - Fast learning curve and career growth. Last quarter two managers were promoted to Head of. - Direct access to Paulo (CEO). Quick responses, direct to the point and easy to work with.

Cons

- Fast-paced environment isn’t for everyone. Sometimes it's overwhelming. - High expectations — you need to be proactive and self-driven. It's a remote first culture, which can be tricky.
