Arena is a Veteran owned Company, and the Corporate leadership goes far and beyond to take care of the employees. Great benefits to include medical, dental, vision, education reimbursement and flexible time off. Arena has range of contract work in its portfolio and a management team that proactively plans ahead to capture additional business.

I have been with the Company for 3 years and I find it hard to think of any cons.

I have worked for Arena Technologies for more than 8 years now and it is a great company to work for! Benefits and salaries are very competitive in today’s marketplace. The company's owners and senior management take care of the employees and always have their best interests in mind. The employees truly care about the service they provide to their customers and Arena management supports them by providing a healthy and flexible work environment. We are constantly improving and modernizing all aspects of the company to include our corporate office space where we conduct day to day work operations, have meetings, and have social events for the teams to unwind and reconnect in a relaxed setting.

With federal budgets decreasing over the past few years we have not seen the large growth opportunities to add to the Arena team but remain excited to fill the positions we currently have open.
