Highly ethical culture - imperative by all to "do the right thing" Enlightened leadership that places trust in employees (example working from home- just get your work done) Exec leadership manages to pull off being highly demanding while being highly patient Super interesting work in high growth areas: AI and Healthcare People care about each other Enormous promise - the technology is unique and is valued by customer CEO is brilliant, unflappable, positive, energetic, and supportive.
Cons
As a pioneer in using AI technology in hiring to reduce turnover, true comparisons are non-existent. Lots of time spent on customer/prospect education. If you think you are smart, you will be humbled by the intellects at this company
