      Management lies, Human resources lie, Union reps lie. Liars at every level of management. Union company. Unite Here is the union associated with Areas. The Union will take all your money but never defend you.

      Cons

      Blatant sexual harassment committed by positions of authority. It was embarrassing and degrading. It happened multiple times. Inappropriate touching and language made me so uncomfortable I had to leave. Higher-ups will not listen to you if you report sexual harassment. The corruption runs deep it’s just a big social club that aims to protect itself and churn out as many employees as they can.
