      Technician Incentive program, cash tips, good over time oppertunity.

      Cons

      You’ll get burnt out if you over-do yourself. You can’t give 100%, 100% of the time. You might be on a roof by yourself scared once in a while, but the pay is good and they’ll treat you as family as long as you’re creating future value.

      It's ok I guess, you have alot of freedom

      Cons

      Employees don't care about customers, not paid enough for your time, management doesn't care if you die on the field, your just a number
