      Pay as a leasing consultant is great

      Everyone is connected. If you come in not being in the “inner circle” watch out. The regionals are dictators on a power trip with no education. Even with staying to myself and away from all the politics and gossip..... somehow they drag you into it. Also, if you’re the top leasing agent in the company REALLY watch out. If you’re a threat to the regionals friends and family they will most definitely let you go for ridiculous reasons. My reason was “she’s just not into it anymore” (after receiving the most leases in the company for the month)

      I have nothing hateful to say, but i have become desolate working here. A shell of the person I once was. The pay is horrible, yes you make commission but really only to a certain extent. Supporting myself and my child on a $900 check every 2 weeks is not easy. The regionals are mean, not a single one is there to help you. I dread going to work. You can’t be yourself either, it’s a cult and you MUST obey them. This job bleeds into my home life even on my days off i’m being bothered. Also a job that REQUIRES you to work weekends when you have children is crazy. Also Sidney is the only realistic amazing one but we hardly see him. We love you dude.
