Poor Management: Leadership lacked transparency, often providing little to no guidance, and communication was severely lacking. It felt like upper management was disconnected from the employees and never took the time to address concerns or provide clear direction.
Toxic Work Culture: The atmosphere was negative, and there was an overwhelming sense of favoritism that created unnecessary tension between employees.
Unrealistic Expectations: Employees were expected to work long hours without appropriate compensation. There was no work-life balance and the management was completely ok with it (but just for the designers).
Management may send a message on a random Saturday or Sunday asking you to work, and when you don’t respond, they may get upset and try to punish you in some way. There is no respect for employees' time with their families or loved ones, nor for their personal boundaries
Other reasons: One of the most frustrating aspects of working here was the clear disconnect between management and employees. If you weren’t personally close to the leadership team, your opinions and feedback seemed to hold little to no value. Concerns or ideas shared were often ignored or dismissed.
Every time I talk to another former employee, they all share the same feeling of relief and even a sense of blessing that they left this company. Many have expressed that leaving was one of the best decisions they ever made, and it's clear that the toxic work environment, lack of support, unpaid overwork and poor management were significant factors in their departure. It’s almost as if the weight was lifted once they moved on, and they’re grateful to have disconnected from this place. The shared sentiment among former employees only reinforces how deeply bad the company’s culture and leadership truly were.
I could write many more reasons, but I don’t want to spend more time on it here. Just one final addition to my opinion: the other negative reviews are completely accurate, and yes, I believe the positive reviews were likely written by management.
