Firstly, the claim that we employ invasive tactics such as monitoring employees through computer cameras is simply false. We maintain a strict commitment to privacy and uphold ethical standards within our organization. Furthermore, your assertion that all reviews on our platform are fabricated by management is entirely baseless. We have legitimate, verified reviews (by Glassdoor) from Project Managers, both current and former, who have shared positive experiences with us.
It is disappointing that your time with us was unsatisfactory, and we acknowledge that there was a clear misalignment between your values and our company culture, as evidenced by your actions during your brief tenure (3 weeks). We are actively reviewing our interview processes to ensure that they effectively screen for candidates who share our core values and are genuinely committed to their roles, rather than those seeking to coast while receiving premium compensation.
We regret the abrupt manner in which you left the company, submitting your resignation letter and departing without notice. We expect professionalism and open communication during employee transitions, and your actions did not reflect these standards.
