Cons
Management has exceedingly high expectations of team leaders that seem to increase year by year. Team leaders have slowly gone from managing one program to several without an increase in pay for their additional responsibilities. Most recently management has made cuts to training dollars reducing the amount of days allotted to each new staff member for training. In addition team leaders are now expected to train new staff on top of all of their other duties. While they are definitely experienced enough to do this, this seems like an unfair added expectation on top of all their other duties.
