      Great group of people to work with, good benefits, very diverse company that focuses on inclusion, giving back to the community

      All companies have areas that can be improved but I can’t think of any cons working for Arconic at this time.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
