      The people there is good and the tasks are not hard

      Cons

      No room to grow yourself Especially for software engineer. The boss don't know it at all.

      Small company if that's what you are looking for

      Cons

      Additional rolls to your employment you will not be compensated for. Getting promises in writing from management doesn't mean much.
