Company has very unique and large scale projects that are very good for portfolio

It’s a shame that the working environment is hostile and all the employees know this and are used to this. Being here a short period of time, I’m glad I dodged a bullet. One of the bosses in particular constantly has anger problems and are hostile towards the employees all the time, even those whom are not under his own team. He is rude and has a temper, shouting at employees is a norm and working there is like walking on eggshells all the time. Not to mention, employees are expected to bring home their work and continue working due to the ridiculous deadlines. I’ve heard of other senior employees working up to 4-5am consistently, to them this is just part of the job. If you are looking for a place to work and think that the work experience here might be worth it, look elsewhere, your mental health is not worth it. For those employees who are still there, honestly, why?

A diverse variety of projects which is good for experience/exposure.

I do not suggest working here. It is an incredibly hostile environment due to the lack of shame and anger management this boss has. Shouting, insults, humiliation and disrespect exists rent-free within this sphere and no one is stopping it. How many still do this nowadays? Ethics appears to be an unknown virtue here. It is not a safe environment. If you are looking for a career and a place to grow, do yourself a favour and continue searching. The best growth appears only within the premise of respect and you will find none here. It's just not worth it.
