- Interesting clientele and projects - Good benefits offerings compared to other Arch/ ID firms - Cool office/ location (although I was remote\ - Good marketing leadership and interesting firm strategy - Boutique feel but doesn't feel run like a mom and pop - adequate CRM systems and budgets for things to get done

- Top down approach in such an outwardly seemingly progressive firm. - Lacks diversity at the top levels - Was laid off after a few months here.. initially told I'd have the option to start remote and move in person later on.. this did not happen. I definitely feel like the company simply needed a temp hire or couldn't actually afford the role and restructured me out. - Lack of respect from upper management
