Pros
Quitting. Quitting was legit the BEST day of my life after a short time at this place and is the only pro I can think of
Cons
Where do I begin? It's been several years and I still have anxiety over this company. There were red flags I should have seen from the beginning but I was blind to them. - I was promised that my predecessor would remain on staff to help train me. On Day 1 I was told she had left completely. - I was told my input would be heard and valued. First hour of my first day it was clear I had no value whatsoever and if you try and think outside the box, you're quickly put in your place - I was reprimanded on my first day for getting lunch (to eat at my desk) at a time that didn't fit management's schedule (even though a lunch period was never established) - Left work EVERY. DAY crying. Dreaded coming to work. Lost weight. I was on the verge of a mental breakdown. Quitting was the only thing that saved me. When I quit, HR asked me what my reasons were and I told them it was solely b/c of the management and he said he wasn't surprised. Don't believe any positive reviews on here. They're clearly fabricated.
