Pros
Paula is an excellent leader, she wants that the employers grow within the company, helps always when she can, and it's a place where you can learn a lot. I was working from home, so I could do my schedule and work on my time with I delivery what I have to do.
Cons
because it's still a small company, the salary is not high, but worth being in the company to learn and grow.
