Pros
Unfortunately, there aren't enough pros to counterbalance the cons. The best reasons however would be: -Great work/personal time balance -Small company, so everyone from the CEO to your cube mates are easily accessible -Salary on par/higher than most companies
Cons
-Lack of vision, passion, drive from upper management -There is no real focus on the people that make up the company, only the products -Disparate cultures leading to typical big company politics -Zero long term incentives for keeping people -No career path/career development in place -No 401k matching -Feels like the company is driven by fear
