      Pros

      People are overall nice and helpful. Positive culture among the juniors and some senior people. Compared to other agencies, it's a decent place to work in terms of people.

      Cons

      Some senior people contribute to a negative culture where there is no accountability or transparent communication. Like any PR agency you encounter, there is lots of work for little pay.
