      Team members are very supportive, and it is really easy to work on different projects. It provides very good exposure to different types of clients and requirements, especially federal and healthcare projects.

      Cons

      Work can become fast-paced during urgent client requirements, but it helps in learning multitasking and coordination skills.

      None. After being poorly on-board, im immediately looking to get out. Dont make the same decision i made. Run!

      Cons

      $8,800 healthcare deductible. Predatory comission structure, read very carefully!!! No signing bonus. No education or certification funding. Extremely low 4% 401k company contribution. PTO = 2 weeks. When I recieved my offer, I got 3 offers all different $ amounts and not HR, recruiter nor hiring manager knew a job title.
