Cons
This company says one thing and does another. Turnover for salaried employees is horrendous. If you voice your opinion about the equipment, suppliers, and infrastructure you are fired. Equipment continues to break down and is always plant is always on containment because of how poorly things run. Mgmt. always blames the workers rather than look at themselves but that would be political suicide to say anything about Soutec. Current Detroit Plant Leadership is a yes man with no backbone. You have to ask yourself why AMTB has turned over every salaried plant mgmt. position two to four times within the past three years - plant mgr., materials mgr. (5X), quality mgr., controller (3X) and maintenance mgr. (3X) - but continues to keep the ELT team intact. The CHRO / CFO / CTO / CMO and COO all need to go as they have blinded the CEO from the truth of what is really happening in Detroit.
