ArcelorMittal is an equal opportunity employer and has a zero tolerance policy for workplace discrimination and harassment based on sex, or any other protected classification. The Company also strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, among other things, reports workplace harassment. All employment related decisions, including the decision to terminate an employee, are made based on legitimate business reasons.
