      If you want WORK LIFE Balance, then dont join this company. The managers are really blood sucker, some managers are really a hypocrite. Their behaviour towards employees are not acceptable. Ultimately you will get frustrated eod.

      30 - 40% Salary Hike every year. Free food (If WFO) Friendly HR and team mates

      Cons

      No JIRA or any other good tools. No work life balance. There is no process or methodology, any day any bug can arrive and everything will be blamed on QA team.
