Pros
Good start for a junior as you might get exposure to some interesting job. Good work / life balance, not too much asked from employee, can do 9-5 if you want.
Cons
Loads of monkey jobs, emphasize on utilisation (i.e. need to demonstrate why spend 2 hours on a job) and keep on hiring new junior staff... No real vision as this is a big beast which acquire whatever it can... Obvously this depends on the team you are in but across the board it seems that many people feel the same. Many people (even very well placed in the hierarchy) have left following acquisitions as the vision turns into lower end of the consulting sprectrum type of jobs. People are treated like another fish in the ocean.
