      Pros

      Great reputation in the industry, relatively easy project-sharing and cooperation among offices (which are not their own cost- or profit-centers), home to some real experts in their respective fields.

      Cons

      The firm can allocate resources and attention much differently to different geographic areas/offices. Some internal procedures and communication pathways work wonderfully, while others are quite problematic or outdated.
