Pros
Every office of a big company is bound to be a different experience. In the office I worked in we had a family like interaction prior to being purchased by ARCADIS (It was formerly Malcolm Pirnie). When we merged with another local ARCADIS office we all buckled down and focused on our billability a bit more. It is a big company so there are pretty good benefits, vacation, and stock discounts.
Cons
The company says it strives to be the best but then says their benefits are on par with other companies. If you want to be the best and attract the best, offer the best package. There has been a strong focus on billability but due to employees unhappiness with the culture there seems to be change coming to focus more on client happiness.
