Pros
- Multicultural environment - Management is good with good care for their employees. Good working structure with training available. - Good leave package (23 days + 8 bank holidays per year).
Cons
- Salary is not competitive with the market - Working hours (45/week with half an hour for the lunch break) can be quite exhausting, keeping in mind that you will surely do overtime often. - Very bad PO team which leaded to may issues with various employees (unable to get a driving license or have your family joining you because of wrong work title in the QID). - Office in Doha is very bad (only one very small kitchen where max 10 people can seat, no quiet room). No parking for all employees (only for some managers), parking outside is difficult.
