Pros
People! Since joining I've been struck by how friendly, welcoming and helpful my new colleagues have been. Agile and flexible working arrangements are a breath of fresh air and reflect a mature level of trust and responsibility of their employees on behalf of the business. Offices are well located and modern yet can get busy with hot desking / agile arrangements leading to lack of desk space.
Cons
Initiative overload, let some ideas bear fruit before moving on to others. To an extent there is still a difference in approach and attitude from those who either worked for EC Harris or Hyder. Comms can be problematic with SharePoint proving somewhat disjointed and difficult to reference. Values and focus topics are numerous and confusing for a new starter and require rationalisation.
