      Pros

      Ability to participate in the development of high level, unique projects in the middle east.

      Cons

      No transport allowance, no housing allowance, no flight tickets to home to country, termination at end of project, no career advancement, no training for employees concerning their roles, no proper evaluation of staff which discourages hardworking employees to keep up with their performance.

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
