Pros
Very fast pace as the company is very reactive and self-reflecting to customer feedback and market requirement, so very willing to invest time and effort to make things right. Decision-making is quick as well so things get done. As the team is not big, there is a lot of dependency on each other to get your side of the things done, so you need to be an independent thinker and have a culture of responsibility. The culture of teamwork and accomplishment on task is awesome. Team is more than willing to guide and help newbies. The company is definitely a leading marketplace company and one of the most recognised brands for its vertical.
Cons
This place isn't for everyone, if you are not up to mark in being able to think on your feet and keep up with the rest of the team, you will yourself left behind. You can sometimes feel very small and then have a less positive experience in the process. Feeling like the team does not speak to you or you don't belong, though they don't do that purposely. Benefits can be better.
