- Helping people to navigate the difficulties of making final arrangements. It feels great to know you had a positive impact on what is otherwise the most difficult time in someone’s life. - Flexibility and Work-life balance - Great environment to grow personally and professionally. - Amazing colleagues Canada wide - take control of your own earnings

Cons

Evening and weekend work and flexibility with your own schedule is important. Not necessarily a con but I know that’s not for everyone.
